JCC AGM Announcement

Recently, the Government stepped down the last remaining COVID-19 safety measures. Our lives have now returned to some semblance of normality. Therefore, the Combined Council decided and planned for a physical AGM with no virtual option. The PRE-AGM is also a physical event with no Zoom option. No eProxy form will be used. This is in line with the JCC Constitution. We are back to the AGM practices used in 2019.

Please take note of the following dates of the events leading up to the AGM 2023:

Notice of AGM 2023 and AGM Annual Report 2022 will be emailed to members. Should you prefer a physical copy, please contact the JCC admin office.

AGM须知事项

在政府最近撤销了剩余的几项新冠疫情安全措施后，我们又恢复了往常的生活。因此，联合执事部决定并计划举行实体的AGM，没有线上选项。预会也以实体方式举行，没有Zoom，也不使用“代表委托表格”。这符合裕廊基督教会的章程。我们以2019年AGM举办的方式来进行。

将电邮2023年AGM 通告 与 2022年AGM报告给会友。若需要纸本版手册，请在招待处所提供的“索取大会纸本版手册”表格填上资料。截止登记：4月9日。
