Free nationwide English literacy programme

KidsREAD is a nationwide reading programme, organised by National Library Board (NLB), to cultivate the love of reading among younger children. Run by trained volunteers, Jurong Christian Church is offering the free 6-month literacy programme on-site at church.

This programme is for:

  • Children who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
  • Children 4 to 8 years old
  • Children with household income < $7500 or per capita income < $1875
