Pickleball

Recently introduced to JCC, Pickleball games are organized on Thursday nights (7:30 to 9:30 pm) in MPH1. Invite your friends and neighbours to join us for this interesting, low-impact exercise.

What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is a combination of badminton, ping-pong, and tennis. Players use a paddle like a supersized ping pong paddle, to hit a plastic whiffle ball over a net like tennis.

Pickleball is played on a smaller court than tennis. It’s a great way to burn up hundreds of calories in one game of pickleball. It truly is a game for people of all ages. Even better, it’s a great social sport to connect with new friends. Coaching is provided free, so just come and join in the fun and Pickleball Fellowship. Learn from the guru, Fong SL.
