Prayer Focus for March 2025

A) Lent Season

May this season be a time of deep reflection on Christ’s love and sacrifice for us.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

B) Passion for Outreach

Pray that God will ignite a passion within every JCCian to reach out to the community.

May the Holy Spirit empower each of us to be witnesses for Christ, filled with a burning desire to share His love with those around us.

i) Cell Groups:

May each member actively pray for five individuals (implementing the 5-3-1 POD strategy), trusting God to create opportunities to connect with them, and claiming their salvation through our prayers.

“And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” (John 5:15)

ii) Outreach Efforts:

Pray that every JCCian will actively use the BLESS strategy to reach out to neighbours, friends and colleagues.

C) New Councilmen

Pray that God will raise up JCCians to serve Him in leadership roles. May they be individuals of integrity, wisdom and vision, who will serve God’s people with humility and grace.

D) LCS

• Pray for the election of the new LCS Exco 2025 in May.
• As LCS transitions to new leadership, pray for God’s guidance.
• Pray for God to pour forth new wine as He leads LCS in this new season.

May this new season be marked by growth, fruitfulness, and the manifest presence of God.

E) DGP

• Pray for a new intake of students for DGP.
• Pray for protection against flu and other illnesses among students and teachers.

May God equip those who serve in the DGP with the passion and strength they need to minister effectively to parents and children.

F) Revival in JCC

Pray for the Holy Spirit to bring revival to JCC, impacting:

• Sunday services ‒ “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:25)
• All people-group ministries (children, youth, young adults, and adults) ‒ May revival touch every generation within JCC, from the youngest children to the oldest adults.
• May Goshen Bridges and Cell Groups be instruments of revival, reaching out to our community with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
