Hey everyone. I was recently diagnosed with Grade 1 anterolisthesis at L4-L5, and the sciatica is absolutely killing me. My doctor is pushing for spinal fusion, but I really want to explore non-surgical routes first. I found this article https://ways2well.com/blog/plasmapheresis-treatment-for-lupus-what-patients-need-to-know explaining how stem cells can help stabilize the forward slippage. Has anyone here actually tried it?
