Berjalan-Jalan Di Johor Bahru (A fellowship walk in Johor Bahru)
From Pelangi, Butter Float Kopi breakfast, Musang Durian to AEON Bukit Indah shopping
I had not been to Malaysia in many years, so I was excited to join a group of brothers from the Dialect ministry on a short trip to Johor Bahru on 3rd November. We took a bus from Kranji, Singapore, at 9am and returned in the mid-afternoon, which helped us avoid the heavy traffic that is common on this route.
The atmosphere in Johor Bahru is more laid-back than in Singapore, and the old-time pedestrian infrastructure makes for a different walking experience. There are also many affordable street food options that reflect the local culinary culture.
We not only enjoyed the fresh air and the walk, but we also smelled the delicious aroma of durian. Of course, we had to stop at a street stall in Taman Pelangi to try this delicious fruit. Without the distractions of Singapore, we were able to spend a lot of time together and have good fellowship.
I delighted in the fellowship. I also relish the video record of the experience that I was able to create using the CapCut video-editing app on my phone.
