JCC Annual Family Day 2025: Strikes, Smiles and Sweet Memories

We rolled into this year’s JCC Annual Family Day with laughter, joy, and the unmistakable sounds of bowling balls crashing into pins! Held at the iconic Jurong Superbowl, the event brought together 150 JCC members and friends of all ages for a morning filled with fun, fellowship, and meaningful connections.
The day kicked off with the ceremonial first ball thrown by our committee head, Brother Teck Chai, igniting a lively and cheerful atmosphere. Soon, the lanes came alive with friendly competition, high-fives, and spirited cheers as participants gave it their all — from seasoned bowlers to enthusiastic first-timers. It was a heartwarming display of community spirit and joyful bonding, with smiles lighting up every lane and a keen sense of belonging all around.
But the fun didn’t stop at the bowling lanes! There was something for everyone: vibrant face painting that turned little ones into superheroes and butterflies, balloon sculptors twisting up whimsical animals and shapes, arcade games sparking laughter and playful rivalry, and a much-anticipated lucky draw that had everyone holding their breath in excitement. Whether young or young-at-heart, everyone found something to enjoy.
More than just a day of games and activities, it was a much-needed time of reconnection – a refreshing break from the week and a beautiful chance to celebrate relationships and forge new friendships.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the incredible planning team, who dedicated months of thoughtful preparation, as well as those who helped along the way to ensure a seamless execution. Your commitment and hard work made the event a true blessing.
We also give thanks to God for His protection and grace over every committee member and participant for a day filled with joy, safety and rejuvenation.
Here’s to the wonderful memories made – and many more to come. See you at the next one!
