DAY OF HIS POWER is just two weeks away!

From: Pastor Jeff Chong
Chairman, LoveSingapore

To: Pastors, Leaders, and Friends

I trust that all is well with you.

In view of the recent disclosures that shocked our nation, I know we are all concerned, and rightly so. We love Singapore. We care deeply about her shalom.

As a fellow pastor, I share your burden.

Being shepherds, we all want to lead well, and guide our flocks to respond in the right spirit (compassion versus contempt), and with the right perspective (wisdom from above versus wisdom from below) — first and foremost — in the place of humble UNITED PRAYER.

For such a time as this, may I encourage all of us to take this a step further:

Let us rally our members to UNITE with others — fellow believers from across the Body of Christ — to pray as ONE PEOPLE, ONE FAMILY on Day of His Power!

Unity pleases God. Unity attracts His blessings, life forevermore (PSALM 133:3).

AS ONE, we can make Day of His Power 2023 a significant milestone of UNITED PRAYER at the national level.

As do our part, God will do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine according to His power that is at work within us (EPHESIANS 3:20).

Now, with DOHP just about two weeks away—

To lighten your load in getting the word out, we have attached a zip file of graphics that you can use for your different communication channels, such as:

  • Church websites
  •  Church bulletins
  •  Social media platforms

Should you need anything else, please let us know.

Just reply this email, with a cc to both —

Peck is a new comms staff with LoveSingapore. She deserves a proper introduction. We will do so formally in an email announcement asap after National Day.

Meanwhile, to stay in the loop of LoveSingapore info and updates, please add Peck to your whitelist.

Please also add the LoveSG Secretariat <shalom@lovesingapore.org.sg>.

Much appreciated.

Praying for you.
Praying with you for Singapore!

Loving Singapore Together,
Turning Singapore Godward!

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
